In my new video, I show you my process of “going the extra mile” as I gather spring-fed creek water to fill my jacuzzi – one car load at a time – so that I can have my own “hot spring” hot tub in the privacy and convenience of my own back deck!
The concluding message of the video is to inspire you to work with nature in your own way and take extraordinary actions to create extraordinarily healthy environments for yourself such as:
~gathering local spring water in glass for your drinking water
~gardening using superfood seeds and wild seeds instead of just normal cultivars
~gathering local creek or spring water to fill a tub and create a “cold plunge” pool to create nerves of steel and circulatory system health boosts
~spending a few extra minutes each day preparing your favorite potent elixirs
~spending your free time going on wild adventurous hikes
~visiting hot springs
~learning about and hunt for wild foods in your area (only eat when identified by a wild food expert)
~scouting for un-mapped springs at the top of creeks
~seeking out the sun (at home or somewhere private in nature) to do some sun bathing (any time of the year!)
